These terms cover your use of plattivo.com, the free Plattivo plugin and Plattivo Pro. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The free plugin

Plattivo is free software, distributed through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The GPL gives you the right to use, study, change and share the code on its terms; nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Plattivo Pro

Plattivo Pro is sold through the WooCommerce Marketplace (WooCommerce.com). Your purchase, billing, renewals and refunds are governed by WooCommerce.com's terms and refund policy. A licence entitles you to updates and support for the sites and period of your plan. The Pro code is also licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your website, including its hosting, backups, security, and the WordPress, WooCommerce and other plugins it runs.
• You are responsible for your restaurant's prices, menu information (including allergens and dietary labels), taxes, invoices, food safety, and the payment gateways you choose.
• You are responsible for your customers' personal data and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, such as consumer, tax and data protection laws.
• You must not use Plattivo or this website for anything unlawful.

Demo website

demo.plattivo.com is for trying Plattivo. Orders placed there are not real and are not delivered. Please don't enter real personal or payment details; the demo is reset regularly and anything you enter may be visible to other visitors until then.

No warranty

Plattivo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors, work without interruption, or suit every restaurant. Always test changes on a staging site and keep backups.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost orders, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of Plattivo or this website. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Plattivo Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or zero for the free plugin). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trademarks

"Plattivo" and the Plattivo logo belong to LogicWeft. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation and WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.; Plattivo is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [CITY, STATE], India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
